Delivery & Returns

At Prep & Preen it is important that our customers are happy with their Purchases,

If you are unhappy with your purchase or wish to cancel your order you have 14 working days from the day after delivery in order to do so.

If for any reason that you have discrepancies with your Purchase or Faulty products contact us within 7 days of receipt to let us know. You can contact us on prepandpreen_ni@outlook.com

if you change your mind and wish to cancel your order however we do stipulate that your purchase must be unused and untested, in its original packaging in the same condition in which you received it.

To return your product, you should mail your products to: Prep & Preen Unit 1 Frame House Linen Green, Dungannon, BT71 7HB

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. 

 

 

 

REFUNDS

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 5 working days.
